Next on the list is the Jenny Craig Diet, which is one of the oldest diets around. Jenny Craig started this business around early 80s and it is still around. The philosophy of this weight loss program is a compromise, you don't have to do your cooking and there's no recipe to follow but you must buy the pre-packed food of Jenny Craig's. The pre-packed food doesn't come cheap, it runs around $100 per week and that does not include the membership costs, vegetables and fruits which aren't included in the pre-packed food. If you can afford it then stick to it as the Diet is pretty good. However, similar low-calories food can be purchased at your grocery store and you shouldn't discuss with a Jenny Craig expert before buying them because they will insist on you sticking with the pre-packaged food since they earn commissions.
